The Managing Director, Mr. Y. VENKATA RATNAM is a dynamic, energetic and pleasant person, who enjoys the benefits of a rich experience of 10 years in the All kind of facilities services. Conscientious, highly responsible and resilient in his approach, gentle and humane in his dealings, he is conspicuous in adjusting to changing situations and people. He is enterprising and inspiring while achieving team objectives.
The Rudra team works energetically, using a "Hands on Approach", to continually improve the quality of all the Services Provided to our valued clients. This is achieved through regular communication; our managers will visit your businesses on a regular basis.
In November 2008, Rudra Corporate Services was formed by Mr.Y.Venkata Ratnam. Mr. Ratnam stated “On joining the company in November’ 2008 I said that I was looking forward to working with an enthusiastic and talented Management Team. That has certainly proved to be the case as Rudra goes from strength to strength.

RUDRA CORPORATE SERVICES is operating with a strong presence in the states of Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and Tamil Nadu. We have a work force exceeding over 900 personnel and a list of clients which includes major IT's, MNCs, Corporates, Industries, Govt. Departments, Hotels, Hospitals, Retail, Malls, Infrastructures, Waste Managements, Gated communities, Residences etc. We provide smartly uniformed, highly trained and well-supervised guards who are responsible for security and safety of assets, personnel and property against losses due to thefts, pilferage, and intrusions.
Being the singular and most important HR function utmost attention is given to the recruitment of our personnel in accordance with stringent parameters as laid down by our Company policy. This includes basic education, age, physical fitness and background. All our employees are subjected to vigorous vetting process. Further, the Internal Security department in each region is responsible for cross verification and background checks with service records of each employee.
ATTRIBUTES WHICH WE SEEK IN A RUDRA CORPORATE SERVICES PERSONNEL ARE:
We conducting Lessons training on basic Guarding Skills, syllabus includes the rudiments of First Aid, Fire fighting and Self Defence. The training is an on-going process and progresses throughout the employees' career to refresh and further develop their knowledge Skills. On job Training is also imparted at the client's premises, at our branch offices.
Management, Assignment Supervision, Control and Security Management for different levels of Security Personnel i.e. Guarding Personnel, Supervisory Staff, middle Management Level as well as at the Senior Management cadre.
In order to provide quality service, we emphasize a lot of importance to in depth and active on-the-ground Supervision. Our strong operations team comprising of Managers, Inspectors, and Patrol Supervisors, who are Equipped with Mobile Phones to carry out checks at all our sites on a 24x7 basis.
In order to minimize the risks and vulnerabilities a team of operations staff visits the site to analyse and understand the security needs of client's premises. Based on the survey report a security setup for the premises is jointly redesigned. A detailed set of instructions including charter of duties for security personnel; client's expectations from Security Staff, Emergency Procedures and other relevant details are documented. This set of Post & Site Instructions are prepared in consultation with client, tabulated and documented to make the system as fool proof as possible.
